At Nature Bliss Hotel, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to all our guests and maintain our booking schedule, the following cancellation conditions apply to all reservations:
- Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their booking free of charge up to 14 days before the scheduled check-in date. A full refund of the deposit will be processed.
- Late Cancellation (7 to 14 Days): Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to the check-in date will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount (or the advance deposit will be non-refundable).
- Last-Minute Cancellation (Less than 7 Days): Cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date, or in the case of a No-Show (not arriving without prior notice), will incur a 100% charge of the total booking amount.
- Peak Season Bookings: For peak holiday seasons (e.g., April and December), cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
